How to order an electronic signature?

You can order new set in various configurations, choosing:

  • type (Mini, Standard, SimplySign),
  • certificate validity period,
  • reader model,
  • and pickup options for the ordered kit.

You can also order certificate renewal in different variants:

 

  • On a new card in the form of a renewal kit - to be picked up at our branch
  • Online on the card used so far - only for the same data and for a valid certificate,

Main applications of e-signature:

 

  • electronic contacts with ZUS (in the Płatnik program),
  • submitting tax e-declarations,
  • on-line contacts with offices and institutions (e.g. JPK, GIIF, KRS, e-PUAP),
  • signing electronic invoices (e-invoices).
  • concluding civil law contracts in electronic form,
  • participation in electronic auctions and tenders,
  • contacts with public administration offices and institutions,
  • submitting pleadings in writ proceedings,
  • submitting forms to the National Appeal Chamber (National Chamber of Appeal)
  • submitting pleadings in court reminder proceedings
  • electronic contacts with ZUS (in the Płatnik program)
  • submitting applications and obtaining extracts to the National Court Register
  • correspondence with GIODO (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection)
  • submitting e-declarations to the UFG (Insurance Guarantee Fund)
  • correspondence with public administration offices
  • concluding civil law contracts in electronic form
  • participation in electronic auctions and tenders
  • communication within the ePUAP platform (Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services)

To start signing, you must have the Certum Electronic Signature Kit and proCertum SmartSign software installed. This application is used to submit and verify a secure electronic signature, verified using a valid qualified certificate.

 

How to activate the certificate?

To start using an electronic signature:

I    Purchase a qualified electronic signature kit with the correct time stamp

II  Activate the cryptographic card

  • In order for an electronic signature to be a confirmation of the highest reliability, before issuing a qualified certificate it is necessary:
  • Card activation,
  • After completing the form, you will receive it at the address provided in the application
    e-mail information from CERTUM PPC about placing an order
  • Then the documents should be signed in the presence of the person verifying the identity
  • Verifying the identity of the electronic signature user,
  • Verification of the required documents to obtain the qualified certificate, the documents provided should be originals or copies certified as true copies by a person authorized to perform such activities (in accordance with the documents specifying the rules of representation) or a Notary Public / Legal Counsel
  • Signing the qualified certificate application yourself
  • The qualified certificate is issued by CERTUM PCC after receiving a set of correctly completed documents

WARNING! The data contained in the form (primarily data marked as visible in the certificate) and data on the organization (in the certificate with additional data) must be confirmed by an appropriate document (e.g. PESEL confirming document, company registration document, etc.)

III  Download and install signing applications

  • This application is used to submit and verify a secure electronic signature, verified using a valid qualified certificate.
  • In order to start working with the application, it must be properly installed in your operating system.
  • The electronic signature operation can be performed in two ways: on a single file - by selecting the file using the Add file button, on a group of files - by multiple selection of files using the Add file button or by adding a directory using the Add directory button

IV  Download and install the certificate

  • You can start the procedure for downloading the qualified certificate when you receive the information confirming the issue of the qualified certificate by CERTUM PCC at the e-mail address provided in the documents
  • Certificate installation in the system store
  • Certificate Registration in Windows
  • Launch of qualified certificate enrollment
  • Then registering the certificate in the Payer, thanks to this operation will be
    you can use the electronic service of sending documents / sets to ZUS.

NOTE Before starting to download the certificate, the network connection of the web browser must be set up properly. The description of the certificate retrieval mechanism is as follows: - the browser starts Java VM and applet, - then a dedicated library generating keys is launched (it tries to connect to mono.certum.pl, at this point it must have direct access to the address, it cannot be blocked by any proxy server).

What documents should I prepare?

By going to the Certum Partner Point:
• arrange the date of your visit. Helpline +48 58 333 1000 or 58 500 8000
• prepare a valid ID card or passport,
• prepare additional documents specified in this document (additionally ask your Certum Partner what documents should be taken with them).

If you would like to use the Certum Partner Point's assistance in verifying documents and completing them before your visit, please also bring the relevant documents with you in accordance with the list received (by e-mail).

Charges:
Certification of a signature at a Certum Partner Point is a paid service and costs PLN 20,00 net + VAT.

Handling of documents after verification:
One set of signed documents with proof of identity should be left to the Certum Partner Point, while the other set should be taken with you.


NOTE: Transferring documents to the Social Insurance Institution using the Płatnik program is possible only with the use of a qualified certificate.
