• public authorities, such as the police or prosecutor's office, if they ask us for your data as part of a specific procedure based on legal provisions,
• entities that act on our behalf and for us and process your personal data on our behalf and for our needs.
5. Personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors, in particular IT solution providers, only in connection with the implementation of our statutory objectives (including sales).

You have the right to access all transferred and processed personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was expressed on basis of consent before its withdrawal.
7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with personal data protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data by Siemianowickie Centrum Kultury in Siemianowice Śląskie violates the provisions of the Regulation.
8. Please be advised that personal data will not be transferred to a third country (country outside the European Economic Area) / international organization and that your data will not be used for automated decisions (operations affecting your Rights and Freedoms, which are the result of operations in 100 % automated without human intervention) including will not be used for profiling.
